The agency (or your end client) remains the sole owner of all source code, design files, and technical access, provided they do not use our hosting services. We deliver a “turnkey” project with no technical dependency on us.
If you wish, we can sign an NDA. We are contractually committed to never featuring your project in our portfolio and never contacting your client directly. We remain your partner in the shadows.
